Richard & Faye - Wedding Video - Ballymascanlon House, Ireland
“Aww Adam!!! We love it!!! Watching the highlight video for the 5th time…Richard delighted with it too! Better than I imagined!”.
I’m adding Richard to my long list of ‘grooms that didn’t really want video but now they’re happy that they did!’
Faye and Richard chose my top package and received not only an extended wedding video edit, but a stay at my Glamping Pod - Loughmourne Glamping Pod for their first viewing of their video.
Both professionals, the wedding couple were laid back and really complimented each other. I could tell straight away how these two were the perfect match from my first meeting with them in Faye’s hometown of Armagh.
Bridal preparation was at Faye’s family home - and it was here that we did an identical first look with her Daddy that her sister had done some years ago for her wedding day.
Capturing the wedding mass at her local chapel was a priority for Faye, who hired a local quintet (Crannagh Music) to perform both at the ceremony and reception which was in Ballymascanlon House, which is a beautiful reception space with great grounds.
With so much emphasis placed on capturing the wedding mass for their feature film, I made sure to run 4 cameras during the ceremony, with one of these dedicated to the quintet that was so dear to Faye and Richard. I was assisted by Sam McDermott who helped me capture more angles on the day, including groom preparation.
Faye added a touch of her own personality in the flowers (Gerards Flowers Magherafelt), dress (The White Gallery Boutique Bridal) and room decor. Be sure to spot the caterpillar weddings cakes on the highlight film!
Makeup and hair were done by the dream team The Salon, and Catherine Fleming.
Photography was provided by Alexandra Barfoot covered the wedding photography - be sure to take a look at her photos. Her images are always classy and incredibly well captured.
